FAQ

What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?

You must be 18 or older (some vehicles require a higher age limit). You will need to upload a clear photo of your full UK Driving Licence, provide your DVLA Share Code, and upload a recent Bank Statement (dated within 3 months). We may also request your Passport and a Proof of Address.

How and when is my deposit returned?

Deposits are handled strictly per our policy. Upon a satisfactory vehicle inspection on your return date, 50% of your deposit is released immediately. The remaining 50% is held to cover any delayed fines or PCNs and is released within 14 days.

Do you offer delivery and collection?

Yes. While pickup and drop-off at Wrapidautos HQ is free, we do offer bespoke delivery and collection to your location. You can select this option at checkout, and our VIP team will quote you a fee via WhatsApp based on your distance.
