1. Booking & Availability: All bookings are subject to vehicle availability for the requested dates and times. Customers must provide accurate pick-up and return dates. Availability is strictly confirmed upon booking. 2. Reservation & Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking/reservation fee of £50 is required to secure the vehicle. This fee will be deducted from the total rental cost. The booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show, or failure to meet rental requirements. 3. Driver Eligibility Requirements: The driver must be at least 18 years of age (higher age restrictions apply depending on vehicle type), hold a full UK driving licence, and have no major driving convictions (e.g., drink driving or dangerous driving). Drivers with penalty points may be accepted at our sole discretion. 4. Required Documents: All documents must be valid, clear, and in-date. Failure to provide these will result in refusal of the vehicle with no refund. Required documents include: A clear photo of the UK Driving Licence, a UK Driving Licence Share Code, and a recent bank statement (dated within the last 3 months). Additional photo ID (Passport/National Insurance) and Proof of Address may be requested if details do not match.
